Hairmeggedon: Wig Snatching Competition
Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years of age or older to compete.
Think you've got what it takes to survive the ultimate wig-snatching showdown?
Hairmeggedon is a single-elimination competition featuring 16 participants battling for glory. Competitors will face off head-to-head, and if your wig gets snatched, you're out. Winners advance to the next round until only one champion remains.
Entry Fee: $5 per participant
100% of entry fees and proceeds from Hairmeggedon will be donated to the Borderland Rainbow Center to support their work serving the LGBTQIA+ community in the Borderland region.
Participant Waiver
By paying the $5 entry fee and participating in Hairmeggedon, participants acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the event. Participation is voluntary, and entrants agree to release and hold harmless El Paso Roller Derby, the Borderland Rainbow Center, and the El Paso Parks and Recreation, along with their officers, volunteers, staff, and affiliates, from any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the competition.
