Why We Need Volunteer Medics
El Paso Roller Derby (501c3 nonprofit) is a full-contact sport where safety is our top priority. While our skaters train extensively to prevent injuries, accidents can still happen on the track. Having qualified medics at every game ensures that any injuries are responded to quickly, calmly, and professionally. Your presence helps keep our athletes safe and reassured, and allows us to meet WFTDA risk management standards.
